Visa Information

Dear colleagues,

Foreign participants of the ICUMT 2019 should obtain a visa to enter Ireland. Visa support will be provided for all participants of the ICUMT 2019.

Please note: Visa letters are issued to delegates whose registration has been completed.

Invitation letters are for visa purposes only, and do not imply any financial commitment from the organizers. All expenses involved with attending the Congress, including airfare, transportation, lodging, meals, insurance and show entry fees, will be the responsibility of the attendee.

It is the responsibility of the participant to make the visa application early. Please be prepared and find out about processing time. In general, it is recommended to apply for an Irish visa at least 4 weeks in advance.

Official Service Agent MAKO Congress Management will provide participants upon request with the aim tourism visa voucher to obtain Irish visa. The voucher is solely for the purpose of visa application. With prepared voucher MAKO team will send your instructions how to get Irish visa. Humanitarian visa: Organizing Committee provides visa support for humanitarian visa as well. For a request please contact MAKO Congress Management by email icumt@makongress.ru.


How to get voucher

1. Register for the Congress at http://cabinet.icumt.info/. Go to your personal account.

2. Go to the „Visa Support“ section.

3. Press the button „Visa Request Form“.

4. Fill in the required information.

5. Payment of the registration fee via personal page is prerequisites of visa support by MAKO.

6. We will process your application and send you vouchers (it will takes from 1 to 3 working days).

Important guidelines for your visa application will be sent to you together with the visa support documents. When you get the invitation letter, please read the information carefully.
