Registration

Authors of accepted papers must register and pay a registration fee before September 4, 2015 (early registration) HERE. The conference organizers reserve the right to not include a paper to the proceedings, if the conference fee is not paid.

Advance registration is necessary

Each participant should send a registration in advance to attend the conference. Registration is only valid with full payment of the registration fee. A copy of the bank draft should be sent along the registration as a proof of payment. Registrations will be collected by Origo Services s.r.o.

Authors please note: All accepted paper should be assigned with at least one registration to include it to the final program and in the Proceedings. Papers without registered participants will be discarded.

Deadlines

Authors' early registration and payment: September 4, 2015.

Authors' late registration and payment: September 18, 2015.

Cancellation of registration: September 23, 2015.

Online registration closing: October 5, 2015.

VISA or Mastercard cards are accepted. To realize the payment, please follow the instructions provided when the registration form is submitted.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments by Origo Services s.r.o. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing addressed to ICUMT 2015 Registration Secretariat. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date stamp of the fax or E-mail. Please indicate all bank details and codes where repayment should be forwarded.

Cancellation of registration fees

Cancellation fee is 20 % of the total amount, if notification is received before September 23, 2015. No refund will be made if cancellation note arrives after this date; however attendant substitution is accepted. In case of cancellation the final program and Proceedings will be sent.

¹ One Regular/IEEE/Stu­dent registration fee covers:

• Publishing one paper, not exceeding 6 pages in length (including all figures, tables, and references), in the ICUMT 2015 Conference proceedings.
• Submission of the Conference proceedings for indexing to databases (only papers presented on the Conference).
• One copy of the ICUMT 2015 Conference proceedings on USB drive.
• Possibility to attend all sessions of the ICUMT 2015 Conference.
• Participation in the Conference Welcome Reception for one person.
• Participation in the Conference Gala Dinner for one person.
• Lunch for one person for all three days of the Conference in the restaurant of the Conference hotel.
• Coffee-breaks during the whole ICUMT 2015 Conference.
• Social event – guided city tour during the third day

² Please confirm your IEEE membership by mailing to info@icumt.info the scan of your valid 2015 IEEE Membership card together with the ICUMT 2015 paper ID and title.

³ Please confirm your full-time student status for 2015 by providing us a copy of your valid student card or signed letter of confirmation from your university by email to info@icumt.info.

⁴ Additional paper(s) fee allows to publish one additional paper in the ICUMT 2015 conference proceedings and present this paper on the conference. Additionally, the author obtains one copy of the ICUMT 2015 proceedings on USB drive. The Additional paper(s) fee is available only if the first author is the same in all accepted papers. One author can submit up to three papers as the first-author.

⁵ Additional page(s) fee allows to add up to 4 pages within one submitted paper. A final manuscript for accepted papers can have a maximum of 10 pages.
