Authors of accepted papers must register and pay a registration fee before September 29, 2017 (Early registration) HERE. The congress organizers reserve the right to not include a paper to the proceedings, if the ICUMT 2017 congress fee is not paid.

Advance registration is necessary

Each participant should send a registration in advance to attend the congress. Registration is only valid with full payment of the registration fee. A copy of the bank transfer confirmation should be sent along the registration as a proof of payment. Registrations will be collected by Giri s.r.o., the appointed Registration Secretariat for ICUMT 2017.

Authors please note: All accepted paper should be assigned with at least one registration to include it to the final program and in the Proceedings. Papers without registered participants will be discarded.

Deadlines

Authors' early registration and payment: September 29, 2017.

Authors' late registration and payment: October 13, 2017.

Cancellation of registration: October 20, 2017.

VISA or Mastercard cards are accepted. To realize the payment, please follow the instructions provided when the registration form is submitted. The online credit card payment is provided by GoPay system.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments by Giri s.r.o., Obla 472/43, 634 00 Brno, Czech Republic, VAT n.: CZ04703057.

Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated in the registration form. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing addressed to ICUMT 2017 Registration Secretariat. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the postmark date or the date stamp of the fax or E-mail. Please indicate all bank details and codes where repayment should be forwarded.

Cancellation of registration fees

Cancellation fee is 20% of the total amount, if notification is received before October 20, 2017. No refund will be made if cancellation note arrives after this date; however attendant substitution is accepted. In case of cancellation the final program and Proceedings will be sent.

¹ One Regular/IEEE/Stu­dent registration fee covers:

• Publishing one paper, not exceeding 6 pages in length (including all figures, tables, and references), in the ICUMT 2017 Congress proceedings.
• Submission of the Congress proceedings for indexing to databases (only papers presented at the Congress).
• One copy of the ICUMT 2017 Congress proceedings on USB drive.
• Possibility to attend all sessions and tutorials of the ICUMT 2017 Congress.
• Social event – guided city tour on the third day of the Congress

² Please confirm your IEEE membership by mailing to info@icumt.info the scan of your valid 2017 IEEE Membership card together with the ICUMT 2017 paper ID and title.

³ Please confirm your full-time student status for 2017 by providing us a copy of your valid student card or signed letter of confirmation from your university by email to info@icumt.info.

⁴ Additional paper(s) fee allows to publish one additional paper in the ICUMT 2017 proceedings on USB drive and present this paper on the Congresss. The Additional paper(s) fee is available only if the first author is the same in all accepted papers. One author can submit up to three papers as the first-author.

⁵ Additional page(s) fee allows to add up to 4 pages within one submitted paper. A final manuscript for accepted papers can have a maximum of 10 pages.
