Special Session on Vehicle Connectivity Technology & Services

Vehicle connectivity is a rapidly growing area of technology and market development. More and more consumers expect connectivity as a standard feature in their vehicles. Many countries began to mandate car connectivity requirements to increase transportation safety. Clearly, connected car market has a tremendous opportunity, but it also faces a number of technical, economical and regulatory challenges. The goal of the special session is to bring together representatives from academia and industry to exchange ideas on state of the art and future trends of vehicle connectivity technologies and services. The topics of interest include, but not limited to:

Acceptance notification: August 25, 2014
Camera ready manuscript: September 03, 2014
Author registration: September 03, 2014
The authors are encouraged to submit their manuscript via EDAS. The submission of full papers should present original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical programme committee. The total length of a paper should not exceed 6 pages in IEEE conference style format.
