Visa Information
Foreign participants of the ICUMT 2025 should obtain a schengen visa to enter Italy. Visa support will be provided for all participants of the ICUMT 2025.
PLEASE NOTE:
Visa letters are issued to delegates whose registration has been completed.
Invitation letters are for visa purposes only, and do not imply any financial commitment from the organizers. All expenses involved with attending the Congress, including airfare, transportation, lodging, meals, insurance and show entry fees, will be the responsibility of the attendee.
It is the responsibility of the participant to make the visa application early. Please be prepared and find out about processing time. In general, it is recommended to apply for a visa at least 4 weeks in advance.
Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to several weeks. Official invitation letters for visa application will be sent by ICUMT 2025 Conference Registration Secretariat upon request by filling and submitting the Invitation Letter Request Form.
The invitation letter will be sent based on valid paper registration and complete payment.
